Diary Queen Game Lets You Mange the Store

The New York Times reports that Dairy Queen has launched a game called DQ Tycoon that lets you run a DQ store. The Times says the gamer has to take orders, prepare order, dip cones and keep the refrigerator stocked in a stressful race against time.

We aren't sure DQ really needs a game to convince kids to want ice cream. If they really wanted to use a game to brand their store they should have given it away completely for free. Instead the game costs $19.99 to be downloaded from BigFishGames.com. You can play the game free for one hour.
