Dual Display Fun with Nintendo's New Handheld

Nintendo's new handheld, the Nintendo DS, offers dual screens (with one touch activated screen) to bring something new to the gaming world. Six games are available for the new handheld at launch time including Feel the Magic: XY/XX, Super Mario 64 DS, Spider-Man 2,Madden NFL 2005 and The Urbz: Sims in the City.
The DS, which also offers wireless communication, voice recognition and chat, has a retail price of $150. Nintendo is said to be targetting an older demographic with this system and they plan to be open to third-party games for the DS. However, the Nintendo DS will not be without competition. Sony is launching the PlayStation Portable (PSP) in March, 2005.
