EA and Starbreeze Studios to Revive Syndicate Franchise

Electronic Arts and Starbreeze Studios have announced plans to revive the Syndicate franchise. The game will be a first-person shooter with a futuristic settign where business is war. Players take the role of Miles Kilo, an agent for Eurocorp.
Set in 2069, Syndicate takes players into a world run without government oversight. There are many corporate syndicates vying for total dominance of their local market place. The mega corporations Eurocorp, Cayman Global, and Aspari are at the forefront of a brutal war for control of the pivotal American market.
Players in Syndicate are not limited to the weapons in their hands. Through DART 6 bio-chip technology implanted in their head, players can slow down time and breach the digital world around them to take down their foes using upgradeable hacking mechanics.
Syndicate will arrive in February 12, 2012 for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
